1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2 Conditions for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received
  • No Damage: The product must not show any signs of use, wear, stains, scratches, or damage
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, labels, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Complete Product: All accessories, parts, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
  • Manufacturing Defect: Returns due to manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

1.3 Valid Reasons for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Damaged product during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Significant difference from product description or images
  • Missing parts or incomplete delivery
  • Product not as per order specifications

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:

2.1 Custom and Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-designed furniture made according to your specifications
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Made-to-order items with specific dimensions or materials
  • Bespoke furniture pieces

2.2 Used or Assembled Products

  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Products with stains, scratches, or any form of damage

2.3 Sale and Clearance Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Discounted items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Display items or floor models

2.4 Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Mattresses and cushions (for hygiene reasons) unless defective
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

3.1 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Submit Evidence: For defects or damage, provide clear photographs showing the issue
  4. Receive Authorization: Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  5. Return Authorization Number: Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number

3.2 Return Request Review

Our customer service team will:

  • Review your return request within 24-48 hours
  • Verify that the return meets eligibility criteria
  • Approve or deny the return request with explanation
  • Provide return instructions if approved

3.3 Pickup and Return Shipping

Once your return is approved:

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We arrange free pickup at no cost to you
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Wrong Product Delivered: We arrange free pickup and bear all shipping costs
  • Pickup Schedule: Pickup will be scheduled within 3-5 business days of approval

3.4 Packaging for Return

To ensure safe return shipping:

  • Pack the product in its original packaging with all protective materials
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit
  • Do not write or stick labels directly on the product packaging

3.5 Return Inspection

Upon receiving your returned product:

  • We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
  • Verify that it meets return conditions
  • Check for any damage or missing items
  • Notify you of the inspection results

Important: If the returned product does not meet return conditions (damaged, used, incomplete, or missing packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product value.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product has been received at our warehouse
  • The product has passed our quality inspection
  • All return conditions have been verified and met

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the original card used for purchase
  • Net Banking: Direct bank transfer to your account
  • UPI: Refund to the original UPI ID
  • Digital Wallets: Credit back to the original wallet
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (bank details required)

4.4 Refund Amount

The refund amount includes:

  • Product Cost: Full amount paid for the product
  • Shipping Charges: Refunded only if the return is due to our error or defective product
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs (if applicable) and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted

4.5 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is returned with minor damage or defects not reported initially
  • Missing accessories or parts (value will be deducted)
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Return after 7 days but approved on exceptional basis

5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Exchange Eligibility

We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must meet all return eligibility conditions
  • Replacement product must be of equal or higher value
  • Replacement product must be in stock

5.2 Exchange for Defective Products

For defective or damaged products:

  • We arrange pickup of defective product and delivery of replacement
  • Exchange processed within 7-10 business days
  • If replacement is not available, full refund will be issued

5.3 Exchange for Different Product

If you wish to exchange for a different product:

  • Higher Value: Pay the price difference plus any applicable shipping charges
  • Lower Value: Receive store credit for the price difference (not cash refund)
  • Same Value: Direct exchange with applicable shipping charges

5.4 Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service to initiate exchange request
  2. Receive exchange authorization and instructions
  3. Original product pickup scheduled
  4. Replacement product delivered after original product inspection
  5. Price difference (if any) settled via original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched:

  • No cancellation charges for standard products
  • Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Contact us immediately to request cancellation

6.2 Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched:

  • Cancellation is treated as a return request
  • Return shipping charges will apply

6.3 Custom Order Cancellation

For custom-made furniture:

  • Before Production: Full refund minus design consultation fee (if applicable)
  • During Production: Cancellation charges of 30-50% may apply
  • After Production: No cancellation allowed; only return for defects

7. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Immediate Inspection: Inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery
  • Report Quickly: Report damage within 24 hours of delivery for external damage, 48 hours for internal defects
  • Document Everything: Take clear photographs of the damage, defect, and packaging
  • Contact Us: Reach out to customer service immediately
  • Do Not Use: Do not use or assemble the damaged product

7.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective products, we offer:

  • Full Replacement: Free replacement with same product
  • Full Refund: 100% refund if replacement is not available or desired
  • Repair: Free repair for minor defects (if feasible and preferred)
  • Partial Refund: Discount if you choose to keep the product with minor defects

7.3 Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects discovered after the return period may be covered under our product warranty. Please refer to your warranty card or contact customer service for warranty claims.

8. Store Credit

In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of refunds:

  • Exchange for lower-value product (credit for price difference)
  • Returns after 7 days approved on exceptional basis
  • Partial returns from multi-item orders

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Can be used for any product on our website
  • Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Can be combined with promotional offers

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Wrong Product Delivered

If we deliver the wrong product:

  • Free pickup and replacement at no cost to you
  • Priority processing of your correct order
  • Expedited delivery of correct product
  • Sincere apology and possible compensation

9.2 Missing Parts or Accessories

If parts or accessories are missing:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will ship missing parts free of charge
  • No need to return the entire product
  • Expected delivery of parts within 5-7 business days

9.3 Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase:

  • Return within 7 days in unused, original condition
  • Return shipping charges apply
  • Restocking fee of 10-15% may apply
  • Not applicable for custom-made products
